After the raw materials have been approved, they are weighed into the water-jacket heated agitator in accordance with the instructions for that specific formula.

All the weights are documented. The course of the temperature and the speed of the agitator are automatically printed and appended to the manufacturing record for filler production.

Mill

Micropigments are being increasingly used in formulae offering protection against light.

In order to disperse these substances properly, a colloid mill is employed to ensure microfine dispersion of the pigments in the filler under vacuum.
